1. Allow corporations to die, as all others do.

2. End gerrymandering.

3. Fix the population of the house of representatives to number of voters who want representation, not the other way around.

4. Prohibit undeclared wars.

5. Replace IRS with a flat tax, ending special favors.

6. Give voters a receipt and make it legal tender.

7. Require media companies to renew their pact with the public every decade, in return for use of the public airwaves.

8. A transportation tax will renew local control.

9. Let basketball games continue until one team reaches one hundred.

10. Reduce every top ten list to nine or fewer.

11. Renew the president’s authority to impound federal funds.
