		<description>Well, being an outsider of City Club and local politics in general, I would say, from that position, that to not invite all canditates is not democratic.  Just becasue &quot;they have not been there&quot; is not a good reson. I do not know these candidates, if they are jokers or narcisits with dubious histories. I just know that in a democracy all candidates should be treated equally. I would have to agree with the league of women voters on this one.  

So, solution, get a longer time limit, or break it down into two segments for the radio broadcast.  To not let them debate smacks of elitism and snobbery.</description>
