Loading ...Let’s make fun of Ashland. Their city council decided to pay a local therapist $37,000 to teach them to be more civil with one another. Citizens are wondering whether that’s a good use of public monies, why the services were not subject to the usual bidding process, and whether the meetings that ensue will violate the state’s public meeting laws. For once it’s not Eugene being woo-woo in the extreme.
